December 2025 Security Updates - Conso (All Regions) Dec 13, 2025 03:00-08:00 EST

As part of our commitment to security performance, Prophix will be applying monthly scheduled security and infrastructure patch updates to the cloud infrastructure for all regions between 0300 to 0900 ET. The Prophix Cloud Service will not be available during this maintenance period.

If your Agent Controller (on-prem) does not accept Autoupdates, please log a ticket with Customer Support (https://prophix.zendesk.com) to receive a link to the new update. If you have Autoupdate turned on, your Controller will automatically update.
