We are currently experiencing degraded performance affecting a subset of Prophix One services in the US-East region. Users in this region may notice slower response times or intermittent availability.
Our engineering team has identified the root cause, and performance is gradually being restored. We’re continuing to monitor the situation to ensure full stability.
